1. What information do I need in order to login/register to LCCU’s Loan Pay Xpress?
All you need is your LCCU Member Number and the Loan Number. Here is an example
Member Number 123456 Loan Number 520
In the Loan Pay Xpress system, it will read that as 123456520
2. What if I don’t know my Member Account number?
Your member number is located on the Member ID card you were issued at the time you opened your LCCU account. If you are unable to locate your Member ID card and wish to obtain a replacement, you may do so in person at any branch location or by calling the credit union to request a new member ID card be mailed to the address listed on your account. To request a replacement card by phone, please contact a Member Service Representative at 248-814-4000. Your Member Number does also appear on your monthly Statement/eStatement. For security reasons, we cannot disclose account numbers over the phone.
3.What if I don’t know my Loan Number?
Your Loan Number is located on your monthly statement or on the original loan paperwork you were issued at the time you opened your LCCU loan. On your Statement/eStatement, the Loan Number is listed as a three digit number. You can also retrieve it from LCCU’s Internet Banking site.
4. How much does it cost to use Loan Pay Xpress?
The fees for using LCCU’s Loan Pay Xpress service vary depending on the selected method of payment. The following is listed below.

5. What loans can I pay using Loan Pay Xpress?
Using LCCU’s Loan Pay Xpress you can pay auto loans, boat/recreational loans, personal loans, and mortgages (Mortgage Center and Member First Mortgage mortgages are not available to be paid through the Loan Pay Xpress system). LCCU VISA credit cards can be paid using either LCCU’s Internet Banking or the Visa’s eZCard Info site.
6. What payment methods can I use with Loan Pay Xpress?
You can use any non-LCCU debit or credit card, with VISA, MasterCard and Discover logos. LCCU’s Loan Pay Xpress does not accept American Express payments. You can also do a Direct Debit (ACH) from another financial institution’s savings or checking account.
7. What if I have multiple loans that I need to make payments on?
You can use LCCU’s Loan Pay Xpress to make payments on all your loans. After you create a unique User ID and password, then you can register all your LCCU loans using the different Loan Numbers.
8. Can I use Loan Pay Xpress to make a payment from my LCCU savings or checking account?
If you want to make payments using funds in your LCCU savings or checking account, you can use LCCU’s Internet Banking system to make a FREE payment.
9. Can I set up reoccurring payments with Loan Pay Xpress?
Yes, you can schedule reoccurring payments on Loan Pay Xpress. The payments can be set up for bi weekly and monthly payments. Once your loan is paid off, please be sure to log into Loan Pay Xpress and cancel any scheduled reoccurring payments.
10. Can I make future payments with Loan Pay Xpress?
No. In a given month you are able to pay more toward your LCCU loan, however, the Loan Pay Xpress system will not advance the due date of your next payment. Any extra funds that are paid in a given month will be put toward the principal, but members will still need to make their required payment the following month.
11. When will my payment be posted?
All payments made before 4:00 p.m. on business days will be credited to your account on the next business day. All payments made after 4:00 p.m. will be credited to your account in 2-3 business days. Payments made on Saturday and Sunday will post to your loan within 2-3 business days. Federal holidays will post the payment the 2-3 business days.
12. Who should I call if I am having difficulties using Loan Pay Xpress?
